Please note that the meeting this month will be held at The Wychwood Inn, not at the New Beaconsfield Hall, or at the Old Prebendal as stated in previous issues of the agenda.
Please also note that the Chair, Jill Mavin, and the Clerk will be attending on Zoom due to health reasons. This means that Jill will be allowed to join in discussions but not vote on any decisions. Tim Yates will act as Chair, lead the meeting and have the deciding vote if necessary.
